Conditions:

• Open from Easter to mid November.


• Arrival from 4pm, departure before 11am.


• Rates in Euros per day, breakfast included, and are exclusive of local taxes of €1 per person per night.


• 5% discount for stays of more than 2 nights.


• Deposit of 30% required to secure the reservation. Non-refundable if cancellation made less than 30 days from arrival date unless the room(s) can be re-let. Cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail.


• Payment by cheque or bank transfer. Credit cards not accepted.


• If stay is curtailed the full amount is payable unless the room(s) can be re-let.


• Non-smoking throughout the house.


• Animals not accepted.
